Skyline Secure Park is physically located on the property of Port of Seattle, and is governed by the United States Homeland Security Act.

Why is that important to you? If anyone attempted to penetrate our security system or trespass on our property, any crime committed on our facility is considered a federal offense which comes with severe penalties.

Since we fall under the guidelines of the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, and the reponsibilities that come with it, security is our utmost concern.

Some of the security measures we implement to protect your investment include:

• 8-ft barbwire fences with continuous razor wire.
• Computerized electronic key pad entry.
• Recorded surveillance system covering every inch of our facility.
• 24-hour on-premise security staff.
• Area patrolled by Port of Seattle Police and Seattle Police.
